Lumber

Thermal transfer ribbons used in lumber applications must offer high UV, scratch and abrasion resistance, as the boards are subject to rough handling, movement and harsh environments.  Lumber tags are used to identify the type, grade and size of the lumber, and must remain readable and scanable from the time they leave the lumber yard to the checkout counter in order to meet the quality specifications that the major home improvement stores require for identification of these products.
